STUDIO COMMITTEES
The following committees have been outlined to help plan receptions, publicize studio events, get information to everyone, and plan studio development. Nearly all parents are asked to be involved. If you are not assigned a committee and would like to get involved please contact Mr. Solero or the committee chair. We would like to see the involvement of all parents or guardians in the studio!
Studio/Parent Communication: This committee is in charge of contacting studio members in case of emergency. Mr. Solero will contact the person who is responsible for each day; that person will contact each family on her/his assigned day and pass along what information is necessary.

Hospitality Committee: This committee is responsible for setting up and tearing down the luncheons and receptions for the Studio throughout the year. Every family in the studio is expected to assist in providing food for every reception. The chair organizes and contacts everyone with particular information for each reception.
